How the weekly drop works
01Can I order chunky cookies in Huddersfield?+
Yes. Secndz Bakehouse sells premium 6oz chunky stuffed cookies as 6oz Chunkies in boxes of four (£18) or six (£26), and as 4oz Normies in boxes of four (£12), six (£17) or twelve (£33). Order online from the weekly flavour drop and collect your freshly baked box from our Huddersfield collection point on Saturday.
02Can customers from across West Yorkshire order cookie boxes?+
Yes. Customers from Huddersfield, Kirklees and across West Yorkshire can pre-order our 6oz NYC-style cookie boxes online and collect them from our Huddersfield collection point on Saturday.
03How big are Secndz cookies?+
Chunkies weigh approximately 6oz before baking; Normies are our 4oz cookies. They are thick NYC-style cookies with generous fillings, chocolate chunks and flavour-specific toppings.
04When do pre-orders open and close?+
Weekly pre-orders open every Monday at 9am and close every Thursday at 5am (UK time). A drop may close earlier if it sells out, so ordering early is recommended.
05When are the cookies made?+
Each week’s cookies are prepared and baked fresh on Friday for Saturday collection.
06Where and when do I collect?+
Collection is on Saturday between 12pm and 2pm from Secndz Bakehouse Ltd, (Radio Sangam building) Bay Hall, Miln Road, Birkby, Huddersfield, HD1 5EJ.
07What do I need to bring to collection?+
Please have the customer name and order number ready. Someone else can collect for you if they have both details.
08Can I cancel my order?+
Yes—email iwantsecndz@gmail.com by 12pm on Wednesday with your name and order number. Requests after that time cannot be accepted because production has been planned for your fresh order.
09What happens if I miss collection?+
If you have not collected by 2pm and no alternative has been agreed in writing, the order is treated as uncollected. It may be donated to charity and no refund will be due.

Allergen information
All Secndz cookies contain or may contain wheat/gluten, milk, eggs and soya. Our kitchen also handles peanuts and tree nuts, including pistachios and hazelnuts, so cross-contamination cannot be ruled out. Check the flavour-specific ingredients before ordering and the confirmed allergen label on your box.
10Where can I check allergens?+
Every flavour has an Ingredients & Allergens button. Allergen information and cross-contamination warnings are also shown before and during checkout, and confirmed information is supplied on the box.
11Are the cookies suitable for severe allergies?+
Our kitchen handles wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, soya, peanuts and tree nuts, and cross-contamination cannot be ruled out. If you have a severe allergy, contact us before ordering; our products may not be suitable for you.
Payments & support

12Are online payments secure?+
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Secndz Bakehouse Ltd does not receive or store your full card number.
13What should I do if there is a problem with my order?+
Email iwantsecndz@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible with your name, order number, details of the issue and photographs where helpful. We will review it and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
